Once you submit your application Mandy will review it within 48 hours. If it is a good fit you will receive a message to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call. No obligation until you decide to move forward.

There is no long-term contract. There is a minimum 3-month commitment because real results take time. After that you can continue month to month or pause whenever you need.

Not at all. Coaching is built around where you currently are. Beginners and advanced athletes are equally welcome. The program adapts to you.

Programs are delivered via a dedicated coaching app. Communication runs through WhatsApp for fast, personal replies. Everything is kept simple so you can focus on training.

After the initial 3 months you can cancel at any time with 7 days notice. If something unexpected comes up mid-commitment reach out and we will figure it out together.
