My Story

I started my fitness journey in 2013 when I was only 47 kg, very skinny, weak, and lacking confidence in my strength. My goal at the time was simple: to gain healthy weight, become stronger, and feel better both physically and mentally. Through consistency, discipline, and years of training, I transformed not only my body but also my mindset, and today I’m around 57 kg, stronger and healthier than ever.

In 2019, I decided to turn my passion into a purpose by helping others achieve their own fitness goals. I wanted to share the knowledge, motivation, and love for fitness that changed my life, so I started taking my career more professionally by earning certifications and continuously improving my skills as a coach.

Since then, my mission has been to help people build confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle in a realistic and sustainable way.
