1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for using the website mandyspower.com (the “Site”) and the coaching services, digital products, and other services offered by Mandy’s Power (“Mandy’s Power”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a fitness coaching business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and operating through the Site (together, the “Services”).
This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Who this Policy applies to
This Policy applies to every visitor, account holder, customer, and coaching client, and to anyone who accesses or interacts with the Services in any way. You are responsible for your own use of the Services and for any activity that takes place through your account.

- Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials, or allow any other person to access content you have purchased.

- Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, other users’ accounts, or any connected network or server.
- Introduce or attempt to introduce any virus, malware, or other malicious or harmful code.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, monitor, copy, or harvest data from the Services.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the proper functioning, security, or availability of the Services, including through denial-of-service activity.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, or usage-limiting features of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, intimidate, or otherwise mistreat us, our staff, or any other person in connection with the Services.
- Submit or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, phishing, or other deceptive communications.
- Use the Services in any way that could harm a minor, or attempt to use the Services if you are under the minimum age set out in our Terms of Service.
- Avoid, bypass, or attempt to bypass any payment required for the Services.
5. Your content and submissions
If you submit any content to us or through the Services, including messages, testimonials, reviews, photographs, or other materials, you confirm that you own or have the right to provide that content and that it does not breach this Policy or any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process content you submit to the extent necessary to provide the Services and to operate our business. We may refuse, remove, or edit any content that we consider to breach this Policy, at our discretion.
6. Health and safety conduct
You must provide accurate and complete information about your health where it is relevant to coaching, and you must use the Services responsibly and in line with any safety guidance provided. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and for seeking medical advice where appropriate, as described in our Terms of Service and Disclaimers.
7. Monitoring and enforcement
We are not obliged to monitor use of the Services, but we may do so, and we may investigate any suspected breach of this Policy. We may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, suspending or terminating your account or access, refusing service, and reporting activity to law enforcement or other authorities where required or appropriate.
A breach of this Policy is also a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us.
